I am an instructor in high performance fighter aircraft responsible for 9 distinct mission sets in a high stress environment. What I love about this job is getting to lead small high performance teams. We are forced to make plans with incomplete data in a changing security threat environment, test those plans for executability in order to accomplish the mission. We refine those plans, look for holes in them and get better everyday because above all we hate to lose. We are extremely competitive. This continuous process improvement tool can be applied to any working group. This job has taught me what stress looks like and how to compartmentalize it. When you hear fellow teammates on the ground getting shot at with real bullets, and you have the solution from 20,000 feet above, its stressful and there is no room for error!

Owned this program with little no direction! Created researchable database with over 5,000 excel meta tagged Chinese Government "5 Year Plans" from the national, state and city level. Categorized plans based on content and discussion points to allow US trade personnel to have a prioritize list of native language plans to pick for translation. Located and searched for new Chinese trade policies in Chinese, which had a direct impact on Vice-Ministerial level trade negotiations between U.S. and China. In the afternoons I went to intensive language schooling which paid off, in some negotiations I could tell when the hired translator was not representing nuances between Chinese words to English.

I was the lead stress tester for multiple digital projects at Marland Microsolutions. I tested and helped release JD Powers and Associates China new website design for any errors in back links or coding. We worked with a company on law enforcement hardware to extract deleted text messages off of stolen cell phones. This work required coordination with our programming team in China which was a good experience in how to work remotely to produce a common product. I was also exposed to project management concepts and how to evaluate timelines merging, engineering, testing, and company goals into a project timeline.

Responsible for Alumni engagement through multiple programs including the Alumni interview program. I worked on this pilot program where we paired Alumni to interview perspective students, giving the data of interview to the admissions office. I was the lead planner for the school's main concert during the homecoming weekend. I coordinated +2,500 person concert for big name acts like Colbie Caillat, Dwight Yoakam and Andy Grammer.

Summer intern as for the DashBoss product line wrote the 6 month marketing plan as well as managing ad campaign. Increased website traffic by 300% in two months. Filmed 60 second "spot" product videos for use in commercials.
