Dr. Dorinne K. Kondo is an established author, playwright, and Professor of Anthropology and American Studies at the University of Southern California. This work involved: *Correspondence with professionals in theatre management, publishing and theatre photography - for example, Center Theatre Group and Duke University Press. *Assistance in sociological research, manuscript editing, and obtaining permissions for Dr. Kondo's third book, "Worldmaking: Race, Performance, and the Work of Creativity," which discusses race in the theatre industry and ends with an original play about historical trauma and its remembrance. *Synthesis of intricate style guides, principally The Chicago Manual of Style and duke University Press' Style Guide, for a genre-bending book. Selected for position based on sociology and theatre background, as well as a shared passion for theatre as a catalyst for social justice.
