Both roles have a remit of coordinating a programme of work centred around delivering commissioning intentions and improving quality through contracting and performance frameworks.As the Senior Manager of the Integrated Children's Commissioning team I am responsible for the strategic commissioning processes across both the CCG and local authority ensuring that partners and stakeholders understand the scale and nature of demand for children's services across St Helens. I am regularly exposed to and lead on strategic decision making including delicate discussions with elected members of the council and over the last three years have positively promoted the integration of the CCG and LA which has resulted in close working relations and removal of historical boundaries while maintaining professionalism at all times.
