1) Meet with potential clients, 2) Introduce clients to architect, 3) Have clients sign-off on blue print/drawings, 4) Estimate project per drawings, 5) Client contract review and signing, 6) Meet with Engineer on job site to determine necessary requirements per drawings, 7) Submit and apply for permits as needed, 8) Set-up subcontractor/employees schedules, 9) Check day-to-day progress of subcontractors/ employees to determine if project is progressing as scheduled per the drawings and in a safe, efficient environment, 10) Have inspections done as needed, 11) Meet with client once a week to discuss progress and any concerns, 12) Research and submit change orders as needed, 13) Safety meetings once a week with subcontractors and employees, 14) make sure project is running on time and within budget, 15) Determine that policies and procedures are being followed by employees and subcontractors to keep the Company’s image at a high standard, and 16) Do take off to drawings and order materials as needed.
