Following a successful and friendly MBO, Randstad Retail has returned to Mandeville Retail - a move born from the desire to preserve our sector specialism for the benefit of both our clients and candidates.I have headed up various recruitment projects including one with one of the UK's most highly regarded businesses, assisting them to fill 68 Store Management vacancies. Over a 4 month period I worked with their HR team to set up and run assessment days all over England and Scotland which have proved to be highly successful. Working on this project has given me experience in working on multiple vacancies, high volume candidate interview processes, setting up and hosting recruitment/assessment days and becoming an expert in finding the exact candidate my client looks for experience wise, culture fit and personality fit.Since then I have recruited for many different retailers across the UK at all different levels successfullyand have enjoyed every moment.I'm always interested in speaking with potential new clients and finding out more about different recruitment processes and how I could help and contribute to that process.

From May 2010 I stepped into the role of Sales Office Manager, running the telesales team to ensure they were meeting their targets, bringing on new business and maintaining an already high quality customer base.

Deputy to the office manager, I assisted the day to day running of an 8 strong telesales team, formerly known as Serious Food, I was proud to be part of a team that brought the company from near extinction as Serious Food to a comapny that is now once again a thriving business as SFD GB LTD.
