Responsible for electrical and software design.Design and fabrication of control systems and user interfaces for custom manufacturing equipment ranging from sonic wash tanks to water knife control system to a pneumatic punch.Mechanical design and layout for basic fixturing and test panels utilizing Inventor.Electrical Schematic design utilizing AutoCAD.Full suite of documentation including an initial project outline, operation manual, BOM, preventative maintenance documentation and calibration procedures.Local and remote support for test equipment.
