Manager of one of the largest sites in the UK with a staff of over 200 and a vehicle fleet of over 100, at present working with a budget in excess of £5.5 million, in the previous financial year achieved cost savings year on year in the region of £200k. Working with a diverse national workforce within a unionised environment I have maintained a good working environment with good industrial relations being kept throughout. Have managed within past year to increase service and compliance levels across all service offerings while cutting the costs of the operation.

Working with an annual budget of just under £3.85 million, I maintained excellent service levels throughout the depot, while engaged in a cost reduction programme realising significant savings over the previous two years, working within a strong union environment. I also had responsibility for a second DHL International site with a staff of 35 for some 18 Months.
