In my role as Regional Distribution Manager I was responsible for the day to day management of the operational business unit which included the following:• Management of warehouse staff and delivery drivers • Ensuring all deliveries were met each day• Ordering replacement vans• Ensuring all vans were serviced and maintained as required • Stocktakes

In this role I was responsible for 3 warehouse staff and 5 drivers, where my main responsibilities were:• Delivering parcels• Receiving goods in from suppliers • General warehouse duties and stock taking
