As a departure from my regular duties I was asked to undertake the advisement & development of a “Company within a Company”, primarily focused on eliminating where possible third party services that Sanchez Energy currently employed. Each service & or product line had to be analysed to ensure it was a viable option to be a “company owned” enterprise. I was responsible for advising the company in making this determination.Main function was to advise all field start-ops of Petroleum Services Group (Division of Sanchez Oil & Gas operation). Petroleum Services included over 400 pieces of equipment, (light towers, generators, 500 BBL. High Pressure High volume frac pumps utilized for the Pump Down, to assist coil tubing drill out completion operations, utilized frac pumps for drilling assist when ever the drilling rig had pump issues. Proactively ensured the safety of all Petroleum Services personnel along with the structural integrity of the operation within an environment characterized by frequently intense heat, consistently monitoring personal to prevent heat stroke incidents.✓ Instrumental in insuring Petroleum Service personnel had proper safety training, (H2S, FIT, First Aid, CPR, Fork-lift, Man-Lift)✓ Instrumental in obtaining plates to be able to move frac pumps utilizing HUB meters & Sanchez owned trucks. ✓ Insured all drivers & equipment complied with Texas DOT regulations & procedures to logbooks, equipment pre-check, post check procedures, to mitigate negative effects from Texas DOT inspection.✓ Advised operations to assist completion/drilling/production operations when required to assist in Initial flowback operations, Coil drill out, Pump down, 2 frac spreads, & when required due to drilling equipment failure.✓ Advised the Setup & Implement Petroleum Services equipment preventative maintenance program.

Deployed by Cairn India as a well site specialist to oversee a 80-member team across health & safety, completion, work-over operations, fishing, milling, drilling, fracturing, e-line, slick line, coil tubing, well tie-in, within high CO2 / H2S concentration wells for Cairn India in Rajasthan Province of India, ensuring the complete safety of all rig activity during critical SIMOPS operations acting as DOA. Proactively ensured the safety of personnel along with the structural integrity of the rig within an environment characterized by frequently intense heat, consistently monitoring personal to prevent heat stroke incidents. Managed placement and receiving of equipment orders for upper and lower BHA requirments, well heads and fishing operations, playing a pivotal role in the proper installation of equipment to minimize production down time.
