My main focus was on the processing and rating of call detail records, implemented using PL/SQL stored procedures on Oracle 8i. Subsequent tasks included data mining and reporting, early work on online itemised billing and invoicing, and analysis and reporting on call routing inefficiencies on the Transtel network.
