Responsible for the Project Management of the new Bexar County Adult Detention Center. The project was a five story, 32 million, 500 bed jail. Specific responsibilities included establishment of project objectives, procedures and performance standards for the construction team .

I was the Senior Project Manager for the M&G Jumbo Project in Corpus Christi, Texas. The PET plant will produce resins used in the plastics packaging sector. Satterfield & Pontikes was responsible for all concrete foundations for the project as a whole. S&P’s part of the project is valued at 70 Million. The total cost of the project is 1.3 Billion U.S.D. My responsibilities included establishment and weekly updates to the CPM schedule, policies procedures and performance standards, review and approval of budgets and cost reports, Generate monthly billing to owner, General Conditions, Labor cost reports, and various other monthly reports. Construction management/compliance and approval of contractual modifications, manage all relationships with Clients, Subcontractors and Vendors. I was responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our services were being delivered at the highest level to ensure that the Client/Owner is satisfied with all aspects of the project delivery.

As the Senior Owners Representative, I provided full time leadership for the project and the construction management team which consists of the Developer (West Court) and the CPM team (Faithful+Gould). I have frequent interaction with the owner/client and consultants in India and the U.S. I was responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our services were being delivered at the highest level to ensure that the Client/Owner was satisfied with all aspects of the project delivery.

As Senior Program Manager, I worked on a short term consulting contract assignment for DAR Al Riyadh Company in Saudi Arabia. The client was MODON, a branch of the Saudi Government involved with building Industrial Cities in various parts of Saudi Arabia. My role as Senior Program Manager was to develop MODON’s PMO (Project Management Office) procedures and protocol. I was also responsible for developing and implementing all Program Management Procedures for the start-up of the Dammam III, a new MODON project near Bahrain. The Dammam III project was valued at 1.5 Billion USD and covered 50 Sq. Kilometers.
