Assuming full responsibility for the Support Desk for MQ, I am accountable for the reliability of Medequip, Rosscare and Consolor. My role involves efficiently handling day-to-day queries, escalations, and hardware concerns for all 20+ MQ Depots. Within the team, I am responsible for organizing and planning, while also demonstrating compassion and delivering high-quality service to our users. Additionally, I manage and implement the VOIP System, taking ownership of any necessary changes and providing valuable input for business growth. I adopt a proactive approach towards O365 Admin & Azure, collaborating with others to effectively implement and organize the business, ensuring appropriate license options and security measures are in place. Furthermore, I handle contracts and KPIs by promptly providing the required reports to our contracts whenever needed. As part of my commitment to excellence, I am available to travel across the UK to provide support whenever required, ensuring that MQ staff receive the standards they deserve.
