Make It Happen. For 22 years as an Air Force officer, that’s how I approached my professional and personal life. Working with and leading some of the finest individuals in U.S. Special Operations has allowed me to learn, create, develop, and implement skills that get the job done. I enjoy the present day, appreciate the end result, share in the accomplishment, and improve for next time. I value each of life’s greatest moments with my wife, 6-year-old son, and 3-year-old daughter. Physical fitness, team camaraderie, overcoming challenges, and being a part of something elite are what first drove me towards special operations. As a leader, team player, instructor, and evaluator; some of my most rewarding experiences have been contributing towards the success of others--the reward is the shared achievement. I believe individual accomplishments lead to organizational excellence and pride.I combine my passion for physical fitness, instructing, evaluating, and helping others accomplish their own greatness. I am a service-minded leader of continuous improvement and change with more than 21 years’ experience gained as a military veteran of United States Air Force Special Operations. I am a developer of top-talent and optimal levels of performance gained as a college professor and planning a major event--the Department of Defense Warrior Games. I am an innovative and original thinker with ingrain ability to analyze all the factors that may affect a situation. I am a selfless driver of performance and results with ability to thrive in an autonomous environment. I am a rapid and continuous learner who can adapt to any environment in order to achieve tangible solutions.
