Provides high-level analysis for higher education institutions on contractual basis. Past contracts have concentrated on organizational structure, staffing, efficiency, market analysis, student recruitment, academic and administrative technology, as well as new academic program development, continuing education, and educational effectiveness for specific student populations. Additionally, projects have involved the development of institutional research interest groups, and the investigation of alternatives to the dissertation process. Retained for on-going consultation with leadership, and extensive written reporting.

In role of Associate Vice President, responsible for broad Academic Affairs and University-wide initiatives including leadership of international programs, outreach and pursuit of public-private collaborations, administration of satellite campus operations, graduate special session degree program administration, and special projects. In the role of the Dean of Extended University, chief administrative oversight of all aspects of self-supported academic programs including management of budget, personnel, facilities; new degree credit and non-credit program development; summer session; workforce development; distance learning; fundraising and grant seeking; and responsibility for meeting specific accreditation requirements.

Responsible for a complex $5.2 million, 15,000 annual enrollment Department of Extended Education program involving credit and non-credit courses, contract courses, distance learning, and Summer Session programs across the Western United States. Worked with a network of 22 satellite campuses providing administrative support, marketing, and programming. Directly supervised a full-time staff of six, as well as six part-time staff members. Responsible for oversight of all aspects of program development, marketing, accreditation and administration of continuing education programs at Chapman University.

Led the continuing education division of the largest autonomous graduate school of psychology in America. Developed, staffed, and marketed continuing education courses for mental health professionals at four different campuses in California including Alameda, Fresno, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Oversaw registration, accounting, and budgeting of an over 200/annual course program. Executive responsibility for both gaining and maintaining accreditation from professional mental health organizations (California Psychological Association & American Psychological Association) for continuing education program. Coordinated on-site execution of programs with campus staff liaisons and student aides.

Served as chief administrator of the continuing education program for a 10,000 member professional organization. Created and staffed workshops for professional film and television directors, assistant directors, and unit production managers. Negotiated with businesses for co-sponsored educational programs, product demonstrations and educational tours. Also was responsible for a film society with weekly screenings in a 500-seat theater, as well as high-profile special events and award ceremonies. Communicated with the various committees and councils of the professional association.
