I am a yoga and wellness coach helping people find their balance in life. Life flows without chaos when you are in balance. Join me to explore your personal power to change. I provide group coaching experiences for friends, families and coworkers. I incorporate a gentle yoga flow with coaching to empower people to find more balance in their worlds. I am also a Project Manager for the Lifestyle Medicine Department with Kaiser Permanente where I lead the Mindfulness and Medical Fitness classes as well has help patients make sustainable lifelong changes for their health. My past experiences and expertise have brought me to this place of giving and helping others. I have owned a yoga studio (Ohana Yoga) based around families and community to experience how to connect through yoga. I have also created helping virtual platforms during the 2020 pandemic to help support displaced fitness instructors (Ohana Fitness Collective) and Ohana Mind and Body to help empower people through yoga, meditation, nutrition and mental health coaching to create tools for self-coping. I am also helping family's futures through togetherness, laughter and wellness at Ohana Miracles. My strong interpersonal skills and training background in the restaurant business has helped me bring this path into my life. I have a true joy in teaching and helping others. I believe in self-reflection and helping others in their journey of self-discovery. I believe to "Give is to Get" where giving back to people and community will help all of us on our journey. I have the ability to provide a safe space for people to be vulnerable. My unconditional caring gives me the skills to meet people where they are. Let me help you be the best you that the universe wants you to be. My passion for empowering people to create self-coping tools for a better-balanced life. My life experiences and giving nature has helped me be able to provide an unconditional space for people. I believe that there is no obstacle that individuals cannot overcome together. I understand people's power within and wants to help them fulfill their purpose.
