Since being promoted to my current position of Manpower Coordinator, In my role I now help teach my colleagues how to estimate, check their work, ensure the timesheets are correct and submitted for 50+ staff, and ensure tight deadlines are consistently met, helping secure contracts, and ensuring they are delivered.
