Worked with key stakeholders to undertake Job Analysis of roles within operational ‘Joint Fires Teams’ and establish a supporting training and career development pathway. Established and integrated a complementary English Language programme to meet job requirements.Designed Mortar Career pipeline From basic Operator through to Platoon Commander. Assisted with designed development of Joint Fires Observer and Joint Terminal Attack Controller training pipeline that was internationally accredited against stringent criteria set and upheld by the US based Joint Fire Support Executive Steering Committee. The first within any GCC nation, these training solutions were independently highlighted to the wider international Joint Close Air Support community as best practice in terms of learning methodology as well as standardisation of training and assessment, integrating a comprehensive simulation training solution to maximise learning opportunities.Provided Quality Control for the instruction and assessment of all Joint Fires training courses, advising on amendments and executing changes to courses
