Worked on turbine overhauls, generators, fans,pumps,boilers,water treatment and waste water systems.In 2003 was assigned to work at the CT sites, where I worked on Pratt and Whitney Jets as well as GE's LM 6000's that were used at the newest sites.Assisted the various reps with engine removals and replacements,free turbine R & R as well as alignments,borescopes etc.Eventually took ownership of their Victoria Junction site as the operator.

Hired as an apprentice ( Millwright ) in 1975. Completed apprenticeship in 2000. Was responsible for all equipment that was used in longwall mining. Setup various conveyor systems,shearing machines,crushers,transportation systems and de-watering systems. In 1996, left here to take a position with Quinsam Coal in B.C. Held various management positions in both N.S. and B.C. Was involved in Mine Rescue in both N.S. and B.C. In total, I have 24 years experience in the mining industry..
