Ran the outbound operation, line haul and late city dispatch for the Northern Kentucky terminal. Trained new dock associates the correct way to load/unload trailers, called in outbound projections for line haul, coordinated late city pickups and dispatched drivers.

Managed Cincinnati operations including line haul dispatch, projecting outbound and hub lanes for 25 destinations, and managed manpower hours for each operation.
