Core clients include City of Stoughton and the Stoughton Redevelopment Authority (managing redevelopment projects and providing strategic development services), Monona Community Development Authority (tax increment financing and redevelopment advisory services), and the City of Algoma (general planning, redevelopment and economic development services).

Served on Board of Directors and chaired Long Range Planning Committee for a 50 person planning and engineering consulting firm advising local governments and developers on issues of feasibility, development and growth. I developed a market-based approach to planning that distinguished Vierbicher from other firms and helped grow the planning group into a practice well respected around the State.I provided consulting services to local units of government to address issues of development, redevelopment, growth and management using skills such as strategic planning, financial analysis, public presentation, report writing, project management and administration.

Serve on the statewide advisory council for the Wisconsin Small Business Development Center.

Provide information and resources to people and organizations working in rural Wisconsin.
