Manages, retains, services and expands assigned small commercial relationships for 10 branches in the Winston Salem market area. Initiates credit renewal processes, including credit analysis, monitoring and responding promptly to internal/external challenges. Responsibilities also include proactively coaching client relationships toward improved financial results, preparing legal documents for client execution, ensure regulatory compliance, and identifying trends as well as growth points in financial data. In addition to managing credit needs, also responsible for expanding relationships by offering a full range of loan, treasury, merchant, deposit and non-interest income services to existing and prospective small business clients.
