- Direct report to General Manager Asset Management- Project Build Manager $20mil Plate Freezer on greenfield site- Development and implementation of Biogas Production Safety Awareness training program- Development of Maintenance Skills Gap Analysis and RASCI Matrix- Provide expert advice to the corporate and site asset management teams to;- Design and routinely review organisational structure to;• Determine the structures suitability to effectively build and maintain the company’s assets• Simplify the management of work and decision-making to removing un-necessary bureaucracy.• Analyse and set standards on the quality and quality of resources required to effectively;• Identify, plan and schedule projects and maintenance work• Execute and close out project and maintenance work consideringi. 1st line of maintenance – Keeping the process running and managing breakdownsii. 2nd line of maintenance – Executing primary maintenance tasks and scheduled corrective work and supporting 1st line with major breakdownsiii. 3rd line of maintenance - Overhauling, fabricating, purchasing, installing and/or modifying assets.iv. Improve practices and performance- Standardise PDs and ensure they are understood by incumbents for key Asset Management positions at the 12 sites across 4 states.- Develop key Asset Management positions in line with the TA Leadership Model and develop and implement strategies to close any gaps in knowledge, skills, mental processing ability and application re the current needs of the business and potential future roles in line with succession planning.- Facilitate project Delivery Process Team Readiness training across all sites.- Assist site General Managers to define performance goals and development plans for key roles which are clearly linked to Teys Australia’s strategic plan
