Direct responsibility for leading Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service and Operations functions. Responsible for over 90 employed and self employed personnel.

Reporting to the Managing Director of a £45m business unit. Leading the business process from POS to warranty. Setup operation from scratch. Four direct reports; Commercial & Technical Manager, Customer Service Manager, Compliance & Facilities Manager, Senior Field Ops Manager. Brief to ensure the business was scalable and could benefit from economies of scale as sales volume increased. Responsible for over 50 personnel.

Reporting to the Operations Director of this £30m business unit. Directly managing a team of employed Field Managers responsible for the on time/on budget execution of specialist building work, product installation and finishing trades for domestic consumers (UPVC and Timber Conservatories). The latter stages of this role developed into general branch management.
