Product Manager Payments
CurrentManagement of the payments roadmap according to business requirements.Creation of product requirements and specifications for complex products, features and tools, using the right requirements format for the built product, from classic specifications to more agile discovery in sprints:Documentation: business cases, opportunity assessment, scope document, product development request, dependency checklist.Discovery: prototyping, specifications, user testing.Management and guidance of development process through to release including demos, user acceptance and regression testing whilst maintaining a close working relationship with the development and QA teams.Responsible for the user experience of the payments application.Creation and role out of operational documentation to support teams relating to new payment methods, features and enhancements.Management and control of deposit/cash out methods offered, limits, currencies etc via internal reports.Communication with payment service providers regarding new and existing products. Monitoring and improvement of KPIs relevant to the performance of features and payment methods.Co ordination with marketing and other teams for touch points during release cycle.Key AchievementsImplementation of a large optimisation project for credit card transactions, this involved creating and developing many smart rules with the aim of increasing the overall success rate of deposits at the cashier. Involved in the set up of new payment operations team, defining key processes including SLA targets.Successful role out of a quick deposit feature on casino, poker and bingo which has returned an increased average deposit amount per customer.
