Deputy General Manager
Current• Currently I report directly to our Vice President of contract logistics. • 17 direct reports including, 1 supervisor, 1 coordinator and 3 clerks.• Manage and oversee multiple departments - facilities, maintenance, assets, equipment and janitorial/grounds maintenance.• Oversee a 1.5 million sq ft facility and grounds. • Procurement and contract management with contractors, vendors and clients.• Project management, planning and implementation.• Maintain a company fleet of 200+ forklifts and material handling equipment.• Bid service contracts to ensure cost effective delivery of service and prepare estimates for budget.• Manage facility environmental programs to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations.• Create and implement KPI’s, Dashboards, and metrics.• Assisted in creating company policies and procedures.• Assisted in creating the company budget and works within established parameters.• Equipment management and distribution.
