-Executive manager for all Evergreen Oil Refinery and Field operations including 250+ employees and 9 locations.-Successfully managed operations with 45 union plant operators working alongside 205+ non-bargaining service employees with no labor or wage issues.-Grew business from 19 mil to 110 mil in 10 years.-Secured 35 million in loans for major expansion of used oil re-refinery, including 8.45 million tax exempt bond financing (first ever for a permitted hazardous waste facility).-Increased market share of used oil feed organically into re-refinery by 114% over 10 years.-Opened additional markets for lube sales outside California into Canada, Mexico and 10 US States.-Co-Author and Sponsor of AB1195 (Torrico).

-Responsible for operations throughout Northern California, Oregon and Washington.-Developed and implemented plan to improve asset utilization and billable to clients from 74% to 92% in 6 months.-Management and oversight for antifreeze recycling plant and product re-sale.
