Supervise Fixed Plant Operations ensuring objectives and OH&S standards are met.Provide mentoring to existing and new staff members.Conduct pre start meetings,monthly toolbox talks.Regular communication with other departments/ Grade Control,Production Supervisors/Plant Controllers.Shutdowns - Correct Isolations and maintenance tasks carried out.Regular Plant inspections/communication and feedback to staff members.Contribute to any cost saving initiatives.
