My real estate career officially started in November, 2003 when I joined Century 21 All Pro in Anaheim, CA as a Sales Person. As time passed, I realized that because of my past experience as a stock broker, the lending side of the real estate field was my primary area of expertise. Although, I wanted to do both real estate sales and mortgage loans, it was not possible as a Sales Person. I took a detour in 1991 to work as a truck driver for FedEx. In early 1991, I was diagnosed with Spasmodic Dysphonia, a rare speech disorder. I wasn't able to have voice communication as a salesman and being a truck driver was just the right medicine. Throughout my career with FedEx I was able to maintain a part-time career in sales. My heart was never in being a truck driver but I am forever grateful to FedEx for the opportunity they granted me.
