Responsible for overseeing the operations of the Home Health providers within a region. Work closely with the VP of Operations and VP of Sales on all matters involving agency operations. Direct special projects, collaborate with the corporate department directors and administrators on development of procedures and systems to achieve delivery of client care services in conjunction with agency and company goals and financial objectives.

Responsible for conducting agency compliance audit program for home health agencies across the company. Intervention and crisis management to include on-site management when needed. Complaint investigation. Assist in development of agency Plans of Correction. Claims review. Provide inservice training and orientation.

Directed and supervised home health patient care. Provided direct patient care under direction of the PCP. Responsible for PI and QA practices and reporting. Managed nursing and office staff to include hiring, training, retention and disciplinary action. Responsible for financial profitability of the agency. Responsible for maintaining the agency in an audit ready state of compliance to federal and state regulations and conditions of participation.
