The role involves sourcing information from range of different sources (customer, stores, vendor and couriers) therefore strong and confident communication skills have to be demonstrated.Due to high client presence on the call floor, a high level of professionalism in both appearance and conduct has to be demonstrated at all times. Additionally I was responsible for analysis of any defective parts and on a day to day basis I would process and return parts to our various worldwide repair facilities, with the customer setting figures as to how much material they wished to be processed on a month to month basis. The other main role I had was if any of our parts were subject to an Engineering change it would be my job to co-ordinate this "reworking" of the goods.
