Entry support for the launch of the Amazon Fresh Stores that used the new just walk out concept where customers enter by getting a QR up on their phone by logging into their account on the app or website and then scanning in upon entry and simply picking up the groceries they wanted and walking out.ResponsibilitiesProviding tech support for customers wanting to enter the store by showing them how to find the QR code, scan into the store, select which card they would like to support and solving technical problems that customers were experiencing.Management of COVID safety precautions in accordance with government guidelines including adherence to the 2 meter social distancing, masks being worn unless exempt and hand sanitiser applied before entering the store.Reporting details of which of the multiple entry ways the customers used to enter the store, what additional assistance was needed and feedback on how to improve the process.

With great relationships in store, staff would support me however they could by ensuring they completed stock requests and making sure displays were looking at their best and the products were fully charged and ready for demonstration.
