I've worked in the construction industry since the '80s and have built everything from custom homes to multi family and mixed use projects. I am proficient in slab on grade, walk ups, wraps, as well as podiums. My experience is from the "old school" when one manager installed the entire infrastructure (wet and dry utilities, etc) to rough or mass grading to cutting and certifying pads to erecting the buildings from start to finish to paving, street lights, amenities, and everything involve with turning a raw parcel into a beautiful, thriving, completed community.
