I currently develop innovative products and validate all marketing and regulatory claims for commercial products. One of them is ChillSafe, a technology that uses ultra low levels of Hydrogen Peroxide Vapour (ULD-HPV) to extend produce freshness. I partnered with experienced retail food and marketing consultant and co-founded Coolsan Australia. ★ ChillSafe earned the 2014 "Best New Hospitality Equipment Product" award from Fine Food Australia, and ★ I won the 2016 SAI Global HACCP Food Safety Innovators of the Year award. ★ I obtained HACCP certification of "ChillSafe" as an air treatment product and as an organic product and ★ achieved regulatory approval of ChillSafe in New Zealand, in progression in the EU. Also, ★I created and patented the product "ChillSafe" from an original patent in a marketable form, ★ and we now market "ChillSafe" in Australia, New Zealand, South America, and South Africa.

Here, I established a brand-new technology based on the equilibrium properties of hydrogen peroxide vapour to make a simple to use sachet for preserving fresh foods in refrigerated storage environments and subsequently transferred it to Coolsan Australia Pty Ltd. I now provide consulting services to Coolsan Australia Pty Ltd. ★I developed and patented a method for the continuous production of low levels of hydrogen peroxide vapour for the control of microbial activity in refrigerated spaces.

My wife and I expanded the observatory and the Sanaerchi Star Thai Restaurant into significant regional tourist attractions. We terminated guided tours in 2008 and now expanding the property as a Bed and Breakfast. We are developing the business to include Astrophotography and Planetarium facilities for both training astronomy guides and to provide an opportunity for school students to learn 3D recording and projection skills. ★The B&B currently operates at 90% capacity.
