He was also the company Health & Safety Officer for 15 years.

Northern Line Extension (NLE) as the Project Manager for the Automatic MonitoringPackage. He was responsible for the delivery of this 3 year, £2.25m, NEC3 Option Bcontract in terms of both the commercial and operational aspects. He managed a teamonsite that included a data manager, assistant project manager, monitoring engineers andinstallation technicians. He also procured and managed various subcontractors such aselectricians, drillers, London Underground safety critical staff and labour.

Developed and the Company’s Health and Safety Manual, Drug and Alcohol Policy, Business Management System, RISQS, Constructionline, Builders Profile and CHAS Accreditation.2014 responsible for the gaining Authorisation for Use from London Undergroundfor ShapeArray (SAA) and its inclusion on the Approved Products Register (ProductIdentity Number 2721).

2012 - He was also instrumental in achieving an ATEX Certificate and acceptance from Thames Water of SAA for use in sewers in compliance with the DSEAR Regulations. He is regularly consulted on the use of SAA in sewers.Managed, supervised, installed, read and processed various types of instrumentation such as open standpipes, vibrating wire piezometers, inclinometers, ShapeArrays, magnet extensometers, wireless mesh tiltmeters and LORA tiltmeters, gateways, dataloggers and vibration sensors. He is also experienced at precise levelling and has used total stations on occasions. He has spent many hours in the field reading and installing instruments. Some of these results have been used for research in peer reviewed journals such as Geotechnique. He has acted in the capacity of a Site Person in Charge on London Underground (LU) infrastructure and Controller of Site Safety and Safe System of Work Planner on Network Rail Infrastructure.Also helped drilling subcontractor to gain LU plant approval for their drilling equipment including Dando Terrier rigs and winching systems. 2009-2010 Project Managed - Airside Monitoring Contract at Heathrow T2B - The was the largest diaphragm wall in Europe at the time. Gained approvals for Airside Passes for staff and equipment.
