 Responsible for the comprehensive and timely completion of all projects. Overall, In-Charge for Site/Project Civil & Structural Works. Prepare detailed work schedule of the project. Checks construction drawings for accuracy and completeness for construction. Coordinates and liaises with consultants and subcontractors for any drawing details or design discrepancies. Prepare Work Method of Statement and Risk Assessment / Job Hazard Analysis. Assist to Project Manager for the work execution and project planning (detailed schedule level -5 per work category in discusses to responsible supervisor/foreman for smooth execution). Prepare and update of work accomplishment work schedule Plan Vs Actual (Weekly tracking of schedule to monitor the milestone and especially the late start work item).
