Main responsibilities:1. Lead the Student Engagement Team to provide international students with supports and services, including but not limited to accommodation, insurance, visa application, induction, financial advice, refund, and enquiries, etc. 2. Build and maintain good relations with key stakeholders, for example, education administrations, immigration office, police stations, accommodation providers, etc.3. Supervise student organizations to improve student integrations at XJTLU4. Work with companies and career centre to enhance student employability5. Coordinate with the Registry Office, Student Affairs Office, Youth League and departments/schools to foster students' experiences in China6. Lead/involve in the government scholarship panel to select appropriate candidates for scholarships awarded by Jiangsu Government Scholarships and Dushu Lake Scholarships7. Act as a key member of the University COVID-19 Working Party to implement precautions to protect international students 8. Handle emergency cases involving international students9. Work with the Student Counseling Office to support international students who need special care 10. Develop policies, for example, International Student Critical Incident Plan, International Student Internship Policy and International Student Visa Policy11. Other tasks assigned by the Head of X-Global, Director of Centre for Student Affairs, President supervising the Centre for Student Affairs, etc.

Main responsibilities:1. Design and implement career education programme, for example, Go/No Go interviews and career talks, etc.2. Provide students with career counseling services3. Organize corporate visits and interpret for students and professors in these events4. Engage with alumni through all kinds of events, for exmaple, Go/No Go interviews and After Work Events held in Shanghai, Beijing and so on5. Maintain the SKEMA-Industry linkages6. Promote SKEMA Business School in the events organized by the French consulate in Shanghai, Michelin Challenge Bibendum Chengdu and so on7. Facilitate the communications between professors and managers of XJ-SKEMA Incubator8. Work as an interviewer in SAI (Service des Admissions Internationales) to interview candidates for HEC, ESCP, Emlyon, SKEMA and Audencia

Main responsibilities:1. Work as a development advisor to support around 200 Chinese and international students2. Organize and deliver information sessions to introduce the 2+2/4+X articulation routes enabling students to go to the University of Liverpool in their third year or for postgraduate studies, accommodation options in Liverpool, money deposit, visa application, etc.3. Work at the British Visa Application Centre in Shanghai to support students to apply for the UK visas4. Supervise student organizations5. Involve in student recruitment activities in Changzhou, Yancheng, Guangxi, Guangdong, and so on
