Postdoctoral Researcher, Francis Bitter National Magnet Laboratory • Built a high frequency, high power Dynamic Nuclear Polarization (DNP) Solid State Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (SSNMR) spectrometer to increase the signal to noise ratios of SSNMR spectra by orders of magnitude.• Developed DNP-SSNMR methodologies for application to biological enzyme samples.o Performed the first-ever biological SSNMR/DNP experiments at high magnetic field strengths.o DNP instrumentation and techniques developed in this research are now commercial products.• Built and implemented a high frequency EPR spectrometer for the study of a variety of physiologically relevant enzyme radical species.• Published 10 papers in peer reviewed scientific journals describing this work.
