Enterprise Client Pursuit Lead (Global)
Current• Leads strategy and response for proposal motions and negotiations with firm’s largest institutional clients. • Collaborates closely with management in Risk, Finance, Pricing, Operations, DEI, IT Security, Research Services, Professional Development and Client Relations to effectively respond to panel RFPs, negotiate engagement terms, and improve client service delivery.• Operates as direct client contact. Routinely serves as intermediary between the firm and the client, or between the attorneys and internal teams, to achieve satisfactory contract terms between all parties in outside counsel guidelines, engagement letters and panel/rate agreements.• Partners with finance colleagues to develop and execute effective reverse auction bid strategies. • Develops firm responses to client surveys, such as on use of artificial intelligence in legal services. • Imbedded closely with attorneys to increase client attraction, acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Uses firm-wide visibility to identify and promote cross-selling opportunities that have directly led to pitches and to new business.• Develop response and messaging strategy for surveys such as AMLAW, Chambers, Managing IP and Law360.• Leads development of messaging strategy surrounding key financial and experience performance strategy.
