• Oversaw construction and commissioning of a fully equipped 55,000 square meter Logistics Base with life support accommodation in Safwan, Iraq coordinating third party asset verification inspections prior to handover of facility to the client. • Collated technical and pricing proposals for the supply of overland transportation services from Dubai to various delivery points in Iraq’ in support of Kellog Brown Root (KBR) LOGCAP III program, awarded subcontract under Master Agreement. • Closed out several high value contracts with multinational companies involved with the Iraq reconstruction program, undertaking risk assessments and preparing method statements for the secure recovery and relocation of frustrated assets within strict regulatory and financial guidelines. • Managed workshop and garage operations for 2 years in Ahmadi, Kuwait. With a team of 70 personnel serviced and maintained a fleet of 1500 assets comprising of transport elements, cranes, power generation units and construction equipment. Streamlined maintenance and parts supply chain procedures significantly reducing asset down time and introduced strict inventory control and preventative maintenance policy resulting in an average 15% saving on monthly replacement and service part expenditure and further reducing overtime man-hours cost by 20%.

• Planned and managed the secure movement of two oil well work-over rigs from Kuwait to West Qurna Iraq in support of the US Government administered Rehabilitation Iraq Oilfields (RIO) program successfully demobilizing the assets from a hostile environment to Kuwait upon contract completion.• Provided technical direction for the construction of a 1000 square meter warehouse and 5000 square meter secure outside storage area with support services to RIO program rehabilitation of the Iraqi Al Bakr off-shore oil loading platform increasing initial firm fixed contract value by 260%. • Introduced standard operating procedures and metrics for the 60 permanent NLE staff and vendors restructuring the organization and personnel functions to improve productivity, reduce operational expenditure and increase profit.• Oversight and management of prospect identification, contract proposal implementation and review, strategic and financial planning, procurement and manpower.

• Managed all aspects of inland Iraq freight forwarding operations in support of the US Government administered Iraq Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program (IRRP) liaising with Central Receiving and Shipping Point (CRSP) personnel Camp Arifjan Kuwait for cargo Import Duty Waiver.• Directed the initial import and receipt of permanent plant materials at port of entry, temporary storage and distribution to defined points of application across Iraq in accordance with contractual requirements, approved procedures, Local Government and US Federal Acquisition Regulations.
