• Daily tasks of calling 100 plus potential clients, and developing 5 – 8 new prospects a day.
• Constant liaison with customers and Office Direct query resolution team, to resolve queries and technical issues relating to the product.
• Exceeding monthly sales quotas, and keeping cancellations below 28%.
• Given the task of preparing and delivering morning meetings, to set objectives, and answer any questions from team members.
• Give 1-2-1’s on a monthly basis to the agents.
