Managing the ICT Strategy Delivery Team in introducing new technologies and system applications into Coventry City Council ensuring they are aligned with the corporate ICT and Digital Strategies. Responsible for the governance and delivery of both strategies the team and I work with our internal customers and traded services to ensure that they are aware.

Responsible for the Business Engagement, ICT Project Delivery and User Support for ICT & Digital at Coventry City Council. Leading on the delivery of the corporate ICT & Digital Strategy and the city wide Digital Coventry Strategy.

I manage customer expectations in relation to their ICT aspirations through the delivery of business cases aligned to the Corporate and Directorate ICT Strategies. I also support the delivery of the Corporate Transformation Programme as ICT lead across all the projects and workstreams.

I managed the relationship between ICT and internal customers. I produced business cases to support customer requirements and ensured future demand was captured and aligned to the corporate ICT Strategy.

Handling contacts through phone, email and website offering advice and guidance on a wide range of Trading Standard issues. I was responsible for an income budget of around £800,000 and managed a team of 40 staff in handling contacts. Reporting directly to the OFT as Contract Managers I was responsible for a wide range KPI's.
