Project:Digital Transformation of the Government's National Careers Service web site and related back office systems from legacy monolithic applications running on private servers to scalable modern micro services running in a public cloud (Azure) with a clear separation of concerns to partition the business logic into reusable components and libraries.The project was delivered by an Agile delivery team following Scrum and Kanban principles using both a Test Driven Development and Behaviour Driven approach to development with a Continuous Integration and Deployment pipeline.Technology:C#, MVC, .net, SiteFinity, REST/Web Services, Visual Studio Team Services, Target Process, Azure, Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD, Selenium, Specflow, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Continuous Improvement.Responsibilities:• Analysis and Functional decomposition of user requirements into User Stories to create a Product Backlog• Product Backlog grooming and prioritisation (on behalf of the Product Owner)• Overseeing the sizing and estimating of the Product Backlog work with the Scrum team• Creation of candidate Sprint backlogs from the Product backlog• Creation of candidate product releases• Overseeing daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective• Resolving impediments to the delivery of the sprint• Manage the stories in the sprint responding to impediments and changed priorities, moving stories in or out of the sprint• Stakeholder management• Producing Sprint burn-up and burn-down charts and reports• Liaising with Business Analysts, Architects and Managers to ensure the business goals are achieved by the delivery team• Interview candidates for the agile project teams
