Leadership has always been my passion. Guiding, encouraging and teaching others to live their best lives gives me great satisfaction. I am adept in sales, people & customer management, business planning & strategy, operations, transformation projects, change and P&L management. A strong sales professional with broad experience within large multi-nationals. Successfully leading organisations through to sustainable growth phases has been one of my most fulfilling professional accomplishments. I hold a Masters of Management at Monash University and a FIML member of the Institute of Managers and Leaders. My leadership philosophies gained from experience include never expecting anyone to do anything I have not already done myself, collaboration to ensure engagement and making sure I have provided clear expectations on what needs to be done.I am a firm believer in learning and continual improvement. My background is in Sales and Marketing and over my career have developed some strong professional networks with people who I have helped along the way, and also become mentors to me. I have a passion for building relationships towards a common goal of improvement for both parties. I have enjoyed many successes delivering access, reliability, accuracy and service to my customers and employees.One of the things that still motivates me in sales, marketing and leadership is the continual opportunities to work with all sorts of people. From baby boomers to millennials, I get a kick out of identifying their different needs and delivering those to motivate them. I am a big advocate for reducing the gender and diversity gaps in leadership and giving opportunities to those who may not have industry experience but show the entrepreneurial drive and enthusiasm to be a success in whatever they do.
