Created greater synergies between Adhesives Electronics (AE) and Adhesives Industrial (AI) SBUs by policy alignment, best practice sharing, and integration.

Managed 2 plants, City of Industry (COI) and Rancho Dominguez, for 9 months until closing COI plant. Turned-around performance of a low-performing plant by reducing injuries 30%, customer complaints 25%, and costs 5%. Eliminated 6 major non-conformances audit findings (TS16949, ISO9001, ISO14001) within 6 months. Created “Continuous Improvement Race,” subsequently adopted as a best practice with other sites. Piloted North America Lean Site Leader concept, implementing lean manufacturing, and later rolled out to several sites.
