Combining ABM’s presence and capabilities in the UK, which includes over 5,500 employees, with our existing expertise and reputation, ABM Critical Solutions will continue to deliver technical cleaning services to ensure data centres maintain the highest levels of operational and financial efficiency. We will also be evolving our offering to include a wide range of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services to data centres to ensure the lowest levels of costly downtime. ABM are already a leading provider of M&E services into the UK markets.We believe that the acquisition provides us with an ideal partner whose skill-set, client base and passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service complement and strengthen our own.
