Gary began his recruiting career with Source Finance during the fall of 1995 and stayed with this national recruiting firm until the summer of 1999. The Dallas Source Finance team was consistently ranked as one of the company's top finance/accounting recruiting groups in the nation. Gary then teamed up with fellow Source Finance associates and began recruiting for the newly formed Search Finance. Prior to recruiting, Gary worked for KPMG as a Senior Auditor in their Dallas office. Gary holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University where he graduated in 1992.
