Organize, develop, and provide Motivational/Cognitive Programming to Yamhill Co. Community Justice Clientele. Facilitate Motivation/Cognitive groups, Moving On groups for female offenders, Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) groups, and Thinking for Change (T4C) groups. Work closely with the Yamhill Co. Community Justice Department to ensure the smooth transitioning of potentially unmotivated adult offenders into Intensive Outpatient Chemical Dependency treatment services. Oversee and Monitor statistical data of services provided to fulfill all Department of Community Justice requirements for state and federal funding. Maintain excellent customer service for both clients and Community Justice Staff i.e., Parole/Probation Officers, Supervisors, and Community Corrections Director. Regularly network with partnering agencies to maintain and provide avenues of resources for all clientele. Participate in work groups for Yamhill Co. Chemical Dependency policy revisions as requested.

Motivation to Change Program (MCP) for individuals on supervision with Community Corrections - Specific to Chemical Dependency issues and Cognitive Restructuring through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) curriculum.

Provide counseling to State of Oregon inmates within correctional facilities in regard to HIV, Hepatitis and other infectious diseases. Provide pre-test counseling and education around the effects and dangers of infectious diseases; provide posttest counseling and education around continued precautions for infectious diseases. Consult with medical staff regarding test results and disease control. Meet with inmates to answer questions as pertaining to infectious diseases, results or precautions. Chart all inmates contact and write medical/lab orders for testing as needed per client. Maintain accurate records for billing and always work closely with Correctional staff to ensure a safe environment for inmates and staff.

Monitor methadone program, maintain regular QA reports, ensure that program goals and objectives are met; write, review and submit for approval program policies, implement, interpret and enforce program policies and procedures. Work closely with Supervisor to implement and develop new programs as requested. Provide immediate Clinical Supervision to staff; participate in hiring, disciplinary actions, orientations, and performance evaluation of Clinic Staff. Provide and develop staff training for continued education credits and team development. Work closely with medical personnel to ensure a positive relationship. Ensure evidence-based practices are being utilized. Maintain good Public Relations with all Clients, customers, and referring agencies. Lead staff and team meetings. Monitor and provide resolutions in conflict situations between staff and or methadone clients. Facilitate State Site review to maintain program/facility licensure. Full Records management, maintaining National CARF accreditation, perform educational presentations. Perform weekly/monthly individual sessions with clientele and staff. Giving and monitoring urinalyses testing. Maintaining all CRC Health Group Policies.

Monitor/Oversee all aspects of Medication Assisted Treatment Services, maintain regular QA reports, ensure that program goals and objectives are met; write, review and submit for approval program policies, implement, interpret and enforce program policies and procedures. Work closely with Regional Director to implement and develop new programs as requested. Write Essential Job Functions for new positions; work closely with Human Resources during recruitment processes. Monitor client rosters, charts, and insurance billings to ensure that clinic practices are followed, and program financial goals are achieved. Complete reports to finance, administration, and All Regional and National Directors/Supervisors. Responsible to ensure all clinic operations operate within annual budget, to include, annual business growth within all established quarterly goals. Prepare and monitor program contracts and leases. Prepare data and statistical analysis as needed. Prepare, monitor, and administer program budget with direct Supervisor. Supervise / develop all staff schedules, maintain adequate coverage for services rendered. Provide immediate supervision to Clinical and Nursing Supervisor, Coordinate all hiring, disciplinary actions, orientations, and performance evaluation of Clinic Staff. Provide and develop staff training for continued education credits and team development. Facilitate State Site and CARF reviews to maintain program/facility licensure. Represent the department on task forces and advisory groups; provide community outreach to ensure positive community relations. Ensure evidence-based practices are being utilized. Maintain good Public Relations with all Clients, customers, and referring agencies. Lead staff and team meetings. Monitor and provide resolutions in conflict situations between staff and or clients.

: Over see all Marion County Alcohol and Drug Treatment Services to include; Medication Assisted Treatment Services (Methadone), Adult Outpatient Treatment Services, ITRS (Intensive Treatment and Recovery Services) a DHS Child Welfare based program, Adolescent Treatment Services, Rural Treatment Services, Her Place (Residential/Transitional Treatment Services for Pregnant Woman and/or with Small Children), SOAR (Student Opportunity for Achieving Recovery) a correctional based treatment program, and the Professional Mentor Program, which involved Mentors going into the County and State Correctional Institutions to motivate Inmates to the ideas of re-integration into the community through the SOAR program. Maintain regular QA reports, ensure that program goals and objectives are met; write, review, and submit for approval program policies, implement, interpret, and enforce program policies and procedures. Complete reports to finance, administration, and Health Department Executive Team. Prepare and monitor program contracts and leases. Prepare data and statistical analyses as needed. Develop and initiate annual budgets for all supervised programs to ensure all programs run with in budget guidelines. Oversee all State and Federal (CARF) site visits to ensure continued compliance with all State and Federal administrative rules. Provide supervision to all Clinical Supervisors in the areas of disciplinary actions, orientations and performance evaluation, over all treatment delivery and evidenced based practice (EBP) treatment curriculum, and regularly required to think outside the box in order to assure program success and stability. Overseeing the maintaining an excellent partnership and networking with all community-based programs and departments i.e., DHS Child Welfare, Marion Co. Parole and Probation, Marion Co. Children and Families Commission (CAF), Marion Co. Board of Commissioners, and the Oregon State Office of Addictions and Mental Health.
