An innovative and values-based organisational leader with experience of leading small, medium and large organisations through transition into growth through more effective engagement with their local communities and into healthier organisational structures. With a unique experience across the education, not-for-profit, and community sectors, in tertiary, secondary, and primary education, as well in the wider community, I offer an ability to formulate strategy, deliver outcomes and facilitate strong relationships, whilst dealing with complex and diverse challenges simultaneously. I am known for my attention to strategic, organisational, financial, and people needs of schools, colleges, and community organisations, with an ability to meld a strong sense of community focussed on mission, re-shaping the culture of the organisation with attention to context. Able to develop, apply, review and evaluation policy and practice, with ability to access and implement a range of pedagogies with sensitivity to cultural contexts, I bring a collaborative approach in guiding organisations, as well as build strong community partnerships to deliver outcomes.
