I have won Crown Honda top CSI (Customer Satisfaction Indicator) 3 years in a row.

Sales Executive. Originally came to Crown Honda as a Service Advisor, having spent some time as a mechanic in an independent garage. Because of my personable skills, I was promoted to Customer Relations Manager. In due course I transferred to the Sales Department where I have consistently met & exceeded the sales target. In my first year I was in the top 12% of Honda Salesmen in the UK. I still have an interest in customer service & every year that the CSI (Customer Service Indicator) competition has been run I have come first. In 2017 I was awarded with the Top European Sale's Award for the new Honda Civic. I sell new & used vehicles and I am a Motability Specialist. I am FCA accredited & SAF Accredited.
