Splunk Administrator & Project Scrum Master
Responsible for all aspects of Splunk Administration at QinetiQ, working within our core technology team to enhance our company-wide usage of the Splunk Enterprise platform. My role includes defining and overseeing maintanence & alerting, development and delivery of training, as well as defining and documenting best practices as part of our Centre of Excellence.In addition to my responsibilities with the Splunk Technology team, I also serve as a Scrum Master within our IT Dev Ops Project Delivery teams. This role provides the backbone to the delivery team, by assisting Project Management with the organisation, tracking, and escalation of sprint delivery, as well as the team's resource utilisation.
Senior Applications Support Engineer
Working within a delivery team whose main focus was the delivery of both run & maintain, and hygiene projects to improve our systems and their infrastructure.My key focus was organising and performing IT application administration, testing, and updates, as well as troubleshooting application issues escalated to the team.
